TLH Reckoning Reserves Team
The TLH Reckoning Reserves Team inaugural season will run May-July of 2024 and we will play in the USL Academy. Prior to the season, elite female players in Tallahassee will train in the College/Pro Track T&D program beginning in August of 2023. Top-level college prospect players and current renowned players up to the age of 20 can play on the Reckoning Reserves team.

The USL Academy is a purposeful development platform that provides a platform to unify the talent pool in a club’s ecosystem and compete as a single age group team (U20). The primary goal of the program is for young talents to be progressed to the senior team environment when developmentally appropriate. Young players will be exposed to senior team training as an intimidating step before making the full-time transition to full-time senior team level to ensure that a holistic approach is taken to every individual talent.
USL ACADEMY – GIRLS DIVISION
The USL Academy is the first step into the USL Women’s Soccer Path to Pro for talented young female players. With the philosophy “If You Are Good Enough, You Are Old Enough”, players as young as 13 years old enter into the USL Academy program where they experience a fully integrated vertical alignment to access senior team opportunities via our W League and Super League (launching in 2024) player progression pathways.
