TLH Reckoning is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic individual to serve as our Director of Futsal. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the futsal facility while also leading the planning, organization, and execution of club camps and programming. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage staff, drive participation, and ensure a high-quality experience for all players, families, and clients. The Director of Futsal will establish a legitimate futsal footprint in Tallahassee. This includes player development, training programs, leagues, tournaments, and all-star teams that compete nationally and internationally. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, individual to support our continued growth and help execute our long-term vision.
