(Tallahassee, FL – October 24, 2023). TLH Reckoning announce Nadine Traughber as the Club Operations Advisor.
Traughber is a veteran operations executive in not only women’s soccer but across all soccer in North America. Her impressive expertise includes roles with teams within the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and Major League Soccer (MLS) as well as supporting stints for major competitions with U.S. Soccer and CONCACAF. Traughber served as Vice President of Operations for the Washington Spirit where she led and developed all club operations to include youth programming, game-day operations and team administration. Over the years she has continued to support the women’s game through the NWSL with game-day audits, and as a game day operations liaison for national team events including World Cup qualifiers, Olympic qualifiers, and Gold Cups.
“Having worked in soccer operations for over 15 years, it’s always been important to me to build and have a strong program. The mission and vision of TLH Reckoning is refreshing,” said Traughber. “I’m excited to get involved and help create something truly life-changing for the Tallahassee community because of their girls through soccer. Ash and I have accomplished such a fete before with D.C. United Women and the Washington Spirit. I cannot wait to do it again.”
Traughber will establish, lead and advise on club operations to include compliance with United Soccer Leagues (USL), support all TLH Reckoning teams, and game day operations. She will also assist in recruiting, mentoring and training local staff and volunteers in how to operate a soccer franchise and how to execute a top professional game day event and fan experience.

TLH Reckoning’s College/Pro Track Training & Development program is live and the USL W League Team and USL Reserves Team will kick off their first seasons in May 2024.
